Thank you for your interest in Kay - Raé Photography. Please note that this list serves as a reference guide, and we are open to discussing and arranging any extra services tailored to your specific preferences.

We are committed to ensuring that your special day is captured with the utmost care and attention to detail. Should you require any additional services or have specific requests, please feel free to reach out, and we will be more than happy to accommodate your needs.

  • Your photographer takes pride in being professional and respecting each client’s wishes. Your wedding photos will last decades and generations. They will be seen by your children, grandchildren, and other future generations to come in your family. This is all the more reason to hire someone who knows what they are doing, to make sure your images stand the test of time.

  • (50 - 200 images) It depends on the package you and your soon-to-be select.

  • If your wedding is over 100 people, a second photographer is recommended. If your wedding is less than 100 people, a second photographer is not recommended.

  • You will receive a digital link to all of your images!

  • Your photographer should have time and a designated area to eat.

    Your photographer will need to be fed for 8+ hour sessions.

  • PRO:

    If 75% of the total cost is paid before the wedding day, your photographer will still provide a service under the condition that the remaining balance is paid within 2 months after the wedding.

    CON:

    If the remaining balance is not paid 2 months after the wedding, you will not receive your images.

    Interest will be applied each month after the payment due date.

    Legal Action can occur.

  • All payment installments are final and are not refundable.

  • Your photographer may or may not be able to alter their schedule to accommodate this change. It is important to have a wedding date and venue selected before booking your wedding photographer.

  • Yes, I am fortunate to have some wonderful friends and colleagues on standby in the event of an emergency. While no one wants to consider it, emergencies do occur so it’s important to know it’s there just in case. In the event of something happening to me, you will never be left without a photographer for your day.

  • DSLR - Sony a99 & a77

  • 5 - 8 weeks after the wedding

  • I will ask before sharing!

  • Usually from pre-ceremony - First dance

    ( Up to 10 hours depending on each wedding)

  • Checks made out to (MaKaylah Meredith), credit card/debit card, and online payment platforms

    Payment terms will be discussed upfront to ensure clear communication
