Terms & Agreement

Deposits/ Retainer Fees + Payment In order to secure our services, clients are required to make a non-refundable retainer/deposit fee amounting to 33% of the total cost. This fee is designed to retain the photographer's services and will be applied towards reducing the total cost of the booking. The remaining balance is to be settled by the agreed-upon due dates. It's important to note that any cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit/retainer fee as well as any additional payments made. We kindly ask clients to carefully consider their commitment before securing our services. Payment Policy Update: (Effective 02/07/2024) In order to ensure smooth operations and uphold the quality of our services, we'd like to inform all our clients about a slight update to our payment policy: 1. Interest on Outstanding Balance: In the event that full payment is not received before the scheduled wedding date, a 1.5% monthly interest rate will be applied to the outstanding balance. 2. Payment Period: Clients will have a grace period of up to 2 months following the wedding date to settle the remaining balance. After this period, the images will no longer be available for access. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team. Client Usage Policy At Kay-Rae Photography, we believe in ensuring the professional and respectful use of our images. Clients are permitted to utilize the images for personal use exclusively. It is important to note that any form of commercial exploitation or selling of the images is strictly prohibited. In the event that our images are used in any publication, we kindly request clients to provide appropriate credit to Kay-Rae Photography LLC. We trust that our clients will honor these usage guidelines as we continue to provide them with exceptional photographic services. Safety is Our Top Priority: At Kay-Raé Photography, the safety of our team is of utmost importance. If our photographer determines a wedding or reception to be an unsafe environment that may pose a risk of harm, we reserve the right to terminate our services. While we understand the disappointment this may cause, please note that full payment remains non-refundable in such situations. We prioritize the well-being of our photographers and staff to ensure that they can deliver exceptional service without compromising their safety. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all involved. Confidentiality: All information and photographs are to remain confidential unless clients have given the photographer permission to post these images. Retouching: Post-Processing Commitment At Kay - Raé Photography, we are committed to delivering high-quality, professionally post-processed images to our clients. Our post-processing services include basic cleanup such as color correction, toning, and the removal of simple blemishes to ensure that your photos look polished and flawless. We want our clients to be confident that their final images will meet their expectations. Therefore, all retouched images are considered final once they have been successfully delivered to the clients electronically. This ensures that our clients receive the best possible results and allows us to maintain the efficiency and timeliness of our services. Our dedication to post-processing reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional photography that captures the essence of every moment. Turnaround time: Please expect to receive your digital images 5-8 weeks after the wedding. Agreement: Signing the Wedding Contract When a client signs the wedding contract, it signifies a commitment to responsibility and a clear understanding of the terms. At Kay-Rae Photography, we value the significance of this moment for both parties. It represents a mutual agreement to move forward with trust and professionalism.
